Esto, part of PGL Beyond, is seeking a Brand Manager in the UK. You will implement the brand plan alongside the Senior Brand Manager, delivering campaigns that boost market share, revenue and margin.

You’ll analyze market and customer insights to shape strategy, and turn data into actionable marketing decisions. You should hold a marketing qualification or degree and have prior experience in marketing or communications.

• Earn £40,500 per annum plus a discretionary bonus of up to 10% (target 6%) (our pay system is benchmarked and fair)

Make a difference as a Brand Manager

In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing our brand plan to life. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you’ll develop and deliver marketing activities that drive results - think market share, revenue, and margin.

You’ll dive into market, competitor, and customer insights to influence strategy and make smart product recommendations. From planning multi-channel campaigns to evaluating their success, you’ll provide the insights that keep us moving forward. Is this you?

To excel in this role, you should have a professional qualification in marketing or a related undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Additionally, you must have prior experience in marketing, product marketing, or communications.

Key requirements include:

• Expertise in market, competitor, and customer insights
• Strong knowledge of brand identity and positioning
• Hands-on experience in email marketing and campaign development, from concept to execution
• Proven ability to manage marketing campaigns effectively
