The Counter Lead will implement local marketing initiatives, leverage events and digital channels, and ensure standards are met daily.

• Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

• Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all consumers at all times.
• Maximise sales through selling, exceptional service and retail standards.
• Deliver the Brand Strategy and local plan.
• Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned to retailer activity.
• Deliver excellence in service and maintain a zero complaints culture.
• Manage daily replenishment and use commercial reports for decisions.
