Job summary

Boden is seeking a proactive Brand Admin Assistant to support the delivery of brand experiences, campaigns, events and activations. This hands-on role helps bring brand activity to life, from customer events and store launches to influencer experiences and partnerships.

You will work with teams across Brand, Marketing and PR, three days a week in North Acton and two from home. The ideal candidate is highly organised with strong attention to detail, passionate about fashion and storytelling, and

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support events, launches and activations
• Coordinate suppliers, logistics and budgets
• Source samples and event materials
• Support event delivery on the day
• Research trends and inspiration
• Support campaign planning and ideas
• Keep up to date with social and cultural trends
• Support the wider Brand team
• Coordinate meetings and project timelines
• Maintain trackers, budgets and documentation
• Collaborate across Brand, Marketing and PR
