Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a part-time Keyholder in Banbridge to bring the Levi's brand to life on the shop floor. You will lead by example, support the team, and ensure smooth store operations during shifts, including opening and closing.

You will drive customer service, coach Stylists, maintain brand presentation, and help achieve store KPIs. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience with sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer service and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team on the shop floor.
• Confident decision-maker who stays calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during shifts, including opening and closing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and model Levi's brand values.
• Motivate and coach Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Support store management with daily tasks and floor leadership.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, high-performing team environment.
• Represent Levi's brand and ensure consistency on the shop floor.
