We are looking for a talented and experienced Brand Designer to join our team and help us elevate our brand to new heights.

As a Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating and evolving our visual brand identity across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Brand Manager and marketing team to ensure that our brand is consistently represented and engaging. The ideal candidate is proficient in Figma, animation, and the Adobe suite; with a keen eye for attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

1. Aid the development of the Navan brand and maintain a cohesive visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
2. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media graphics, and presentation decks.
3. Create compelling and on-brand animations for use in digital campaigns, social media, and product interfaces.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
5. Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our brand design.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
3. Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and animation software (e.g., After Effects).
4. Proven experience in creating and managing brand guidelines.
5. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
7. A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Experience in UX/UI design is a plus.
