Flourish Education seeks a Brand and Marketing Executive on a part-time basis to own brand marketing across our education recruitment services and tutoring development. You will shape brand presentation, create content, and support launches, events, and partnerships across several brands.

You will collaborate with the lead generation team and service leads to prioritise campaigns, channels, and calendar planning, measuring impact and reach.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing experience with published content.
• Ability to plan and deliver content across multiple brands.
• Strong understanding of audience-targeted messaging.

Responsabilités

• Own a focused brand and content plan for an agreed portfolio of brands.
• Keep each brand recognisable through consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Create social posts, short videos, articles, newsletters and case studies.
• Choose channels based on audience and purpose (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Bring people and services to life through interviews, photos and educator/partner stories.
• Coordinate podcasts and turn episodes into content for wider use.
• Support partnerships, events and networking to grow brand reach.
• Review reach and engagement to improve the plan.
