Job summary

The Burford Recruitment Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to lead day-to-day marketing activity and develop the brand in the Cotswolds and related sectors.

You will handle content creation, social media, digital marketing, publishing, website management, networking and occasional events, working closely with Directors to own projects end-to-end and build a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience with website management and SEO.
• Experience with magazine or publishing projects.
• Proven copywriting and editorial content skills.
• Experience organizing events and networking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production of our biannual magazine and coordinate contributors and partners.
• Create and manage content across social media, email and our website.
• Develop and maintain our website, ensuring SEO and readability.
• Identify and organise 1-2 company events per year.
• Manage a part-time Marketing Administrator and mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with Directors to plan annual marketing activities and campaigns.
