Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or digital content.
• Excellent written communication and ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Experience managing social media and creating digital content.
• Confidence producing photography, graphics and/or video content.
• Strong organisation with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative approach working with colleagues at different levels and safeguarding awareness.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver marketing activity across the academic year, including campaigns, events and community engagement.
• Manage and develop the website, keeping content accurate and engaging.
• Own social media channels and content calendar, creating regular posts, graphics, photography and short-form video.
• Produce newsletters, prospectuses, flyers, posters, signage and other communications material.
• Capture and manage high-quality photography and video content with appropriate consent and GDPR compliance.
• Support open days, events, recruitment marketing and employer-brand activity.
• Identify positive stories and PR opportunities and build local media relationships.
• Monitor website, social media and campaign performance and use insights to improve activity.
• Coordinate external suppliers such as designers, printers, photographers and videographers.
