Riverside Recruitment in Carlisle is seeking a Brand & Marketing Executive to shape our story on a part-time basis. You will develop clear messaging, create engaging content and help us communicate our values to clients and candidates.

Working with the leadership team, you’ll manage brand consistency across channels, craft blogs and social content, and support website and campaign development while enjoying hybrid working and a supportive team.

• Experience delivering campaigns that build relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of Riverside Recruitment's brand and marketing activity.
• Create clear, consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
• Develop content that tells Riverside Recruitment's story and showcases its people.
• Write blogs, articles, case studies and thought leadership content.
• Create engaging content for LinkedIn, website, emails and other digital platforms.
• Support client and candidate marketing campaigns.
• Capture stories, photography and video content to bring the brand to life.
• Ensure brand identity remains consistent across communications and materials.
• Support website development and campaign development.
• Review marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach.
