Title: Brand & Campaign Executive

Salary: Up to £40,000

Working Pattern: 4-day work week, Mon to Thurs, with 2 days in the office

This role is for someone who loves variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and understands the power of marketing to drive growth and reputation. You’ll be hands-on, creative, and strategic, playing a key role in how we position ourselves and engage with the world.

Role:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, social, and offline) that engage, inform, and convert.
  • Use HubSpot to create workflows, segment audiences, and support lead nurturing strategies that move people through the funnel.
  • Coordinate and manage events and trade shows, overseeing logistics, campaign support, and lead follow-up.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect our brand and values across all platforms and sectors.
  • Work with sales, design, and content teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals and customer needs.
  • Use insights from HubSpot and GA4 to measure performance and continuously improve.

What You'll Need To Have:

  • Previous experience in B2B marketing roles.

  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • A strong sense of brand, messaging, and visual consistency.
