Brand Ambassador – Nonna Tonda

A bit about the role:

At Nonna Tonda, we deliver fresh, handmade pasta and sauces to homes across the UK on a flexible subscription model. Our mission is simple: make dinnertime better with proper pasta, just like Nonna (Grandma!) used to make.

To help spread the pasta joy, we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and passionate Brand Ambassadors to join our face-to-face sales team. You'll represent us at pop-ups, events, and markets across the country—talking to people, sharing our story, and helping them discover how easy and delicious dinner can be with Nonna Tonda.

Please note: this role is commission-based only.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-person sales – Engage with potential customers at pop-ups, food markets, events, and more—explaining our mission and signing people up to try our pasta.
• Sharing the Nonna magic – Tell the story of our handmade pasta, fresh sauces, and Italian heritage with warmth and confidence.
• Relationship building – Make genuine connections with customers and leave a lasting, positive impression.
• Smashing targets – Be motivated by results, aiming to exceed personal and team sales goals.

• People person – You love talking to others, you're friendly, confident, and comfortable in busy environments.
• Food obsessed – Passionate about great food and excited to share that passion with others.
• Motivated by goals – You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and want to earn based on your performance.
• Weekend warrior – Most of our high-performing events take place Friday–Sunday, so weekend availability is essential.
• Over 18 – You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
