Responsibilities

• Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
• Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and retail standards.
• Contribute to efficiencies through adhering to store/Brand/Company Procedures and guidelines.
• Understand daily/weekly targets.
• Ensure personal awareness of all additional sales avenues i.e. eventing, Omni and digital channels.
• Keep up to date with competitor activities and missed opportunities.
• Social media presence to drive the business and protect the Brand image.
• Deliver the Brand Strategy with an effective local plan.
• Plan and implement local marketing & events initiatives aligned to Retailer activity.
• Deliver excellence in service with a zero consumer complaints mindset.
• Be an Ambassador for the Brand and bring Brand values to life.
• Manage refunds and complaints per Company guidelines and coordinate with Area Manager as needed.
• Use digital tools to keep knowledge up to date.
• Deliver consumer recruitment and retention strategies to grow a loyal base.
• Develop up to date product knowledge to meet consumer needs.
• Maintain high standards for product, housekeeping, displays, messaging and pricing.
• Review retail standards daily and uphold required standards.
• Ensure deliveries, stock movements and admin are completed on time.
• Follow auditable processes and address highlighted risks.
• Fulfil information requests accurately and on time.
• Minimise stock loss by following Security Policies.
• Create a safe working environment complying with Company and Retailer policies.
• Ensure health & safety responsibilities meet audit standards.
