Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Brand Manager for Brooklyn, based in Hemel Hempstead with hybrid working. You will deliver the UK growth plan, drive activations, and manage partnerships across on- and off-trade channels.

Lead a brand team and coordinate with commercial units to maximise distribution and visibility. The role requires FMCG brand experience, strong collaboration, and a track record of successful campaigns and sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Brand management experience in FMCG/beverages or consumer-led categories.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and performance evaluation.
• Proven ability to execute activations, sponsorships, launches or campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual Brooklyn brand plan and activate growth.
• Manage an Assistant Brand Manager and develop capability.
• Lead innovation launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Own flagship partnerships and experiences, including Glastonbury sponsorship.
• Partner with commercial teams to grow distribution and brand visibility.
• Create compelling customer materials to deepen brand advocacy.
• Lead packaging and design projects from concept to launch.
• Manage budgets and agency partnerships for ROI.
• Develop brand assets and activations for all channels.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
