Adecco in Staines is seeking a Branch Assistant to provide customer service and operational support across branch activities. The role covers customer contact, hire administration, stock handling, and order processing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or branch operations is preferred.
• Good communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Comfort with using computer systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn and work across various tasks in the branch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person, on the phone, and via email.
• Process sales and hire transactions accurately using branch systems.
• Manage hire bookings, off-hires, returns, and related admin.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Receive deliveries, check goods in, and assist with stock control.
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean, safe, and organised branch.
• Provide product and hire advice to customers.
• Complete data entry, orders, and system updates.
• Support the team in achieving branch targets.
