Job summary

Timpson, a service-based retailer, seeks a Branch Colleague in Romford to deliver friendly customer service and manage a range of services including key cutting, repairs and engravings. Comprehensive training and progression opportunities await in a supportive team environment.

Role requires 40 hours across 5 days (weekends included). Starting pay is £26,520 with a small increase after a successful trial and uncapped weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Lack of prior experience is welcomed; full training provided.
• Positive, friendly, and confident communicators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings and shoe repairs.
• Assist with photo processing, dry cleaning and other services.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain store standards.
