Job summary
Timpson is seeking motivated individuals for branches in Orpington and surrounding areas. Roles include Branch Manager, Branch Colleague, and Mobile positions in a service-based retail environment.
Training starts immediately, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service across a variety of in-store services. Starting salaries are competitive and rise with a successful trial period, with uncapped weekly bonuses and progression opportunities within a family-run UK business established
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training provided from day one.
- Friendly, confident, and great communicators with a positive outlook.
- Willingness to work weekends and odd hours as part of a high-street retail team.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers with services including key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, and photo processing.
- Take part in a comprehensive training program to quickly gain new skills.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive store environment.
- Complete acts of kindness for customers or colleagues as part of Timpson culture.
