Job summary

Timpson is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our high street service team in Chingford/Loughton. You’ll oversee key cutting, repairs, engravings and other services while delivering excellent customer service and training new colleagues.

Working 40 hours over 5 days including weekends, with overtime after training, the starting salary is £26,520 rising to £26,624 after a trial period, plus uncapped weekly bonuses and a range of staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include key cutting, repairs (watch, mobile), engraving, shoe repairs, photo processing.

Responsibilities

• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include serving customers with key cutting, watch and mobile phone repairs, engravings, shoe repairs, photo processing, dry cleaning and many other services.
• Lack of experience is not an issue for us, as every single colleague is given in-depth training from their very first day.
