Full training will be provided on our systems, and a coach will support your development over the first 12 months.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar customer service role, with excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to diverse people. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized, and possessing good numerical skills are also desirable. However, we welcome applicants from different backgrounds, as long as you have fundamental customer service and transferable skills.
