Job summary

Vta Recruitment is hiring a Branch/Rental Fleet Manager for our Middleton, Manchester area. The role covers day-to-day branch operation, bookings, fleet management, and leading a small team.

You will own the branch, implement improvements, and drive revenue while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has car/van hire experience, supervisory background, strong admin skills, and a full UK driving licence.

We're Hiring Branch / Rental Fleet Manager

Car & Van Hire | Middleton, Manchester

£29,000 - £35,000 DOE + BONUS + COMPANY VEHICLE | OTE £50,000

TAKE OWNERSHIP OF A BUSY VEHICLE HIRE BRANCH

We are a small, independent and growing car and van hire company looking for an experienced, hands-on Branch/RentalFleetManagerto take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our busy hire branch. This is not a desk-only role. You’ll be involved across the business, from customer service and bookings to fleet management, vehicle availability and team leadership.

You’ll have the autonomy to make the branch your own, introduce new ideas, improve operations and play a key role in growing the business. You’ll also be responsible for building your branch support team, either by bringing an experienced Hire Assistant with you or recruiting and onboarding the right person.

The Role
