Job summary

LKQ Europe GmbH in Morecambe is seeking a Branch Assistant to keep the branch moving and deliver outstanding service. You'll split time between customer deliveries, warehouse tasks and trade counter support, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

Working across delivery, stock control and customer interactions, you will help maintain stock accuracy, perform daily vehicle checks, use handheld devices and support Click & Collect. A positive, flexible team player mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safe working practices and Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time, providing excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter.
