Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited is seeking a proactive Branch Assistant to join our busy Gloucester branch. The role combines deliveries, warehouse operations and branch support to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.

You will deliver products, support stock management, and assist trade customers at the counter, all while upholding safety and efficiency standards. Training will be provided to broaden your multi-skilled capabilities.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
A full, clean UK driving licence.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
The ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

As a Branch Assistant, support every aspect of branch operation to deliver excellent service.
Deliver products safely, accurately and on time for customers.
Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter when needed.
Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
