Job summary

Sphere Solutions Ltd. is seeking a proactive Delivery & Operations Coordinator to support stock control, orders, and supplier coordination for high-end products.

The role involves organizing deliveries, liaising with suppliers and customers, and ensuring accurate order processing to maintain smooth project operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchant/interiors environments, strong multitasking skills, and a full UK driving licence for occasional off-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant, trade counter, bathroom/kitchen/interiors environments similar to stock and logistics.
• Confident dealing with suppliers and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organising and coordinating deliveries including managing stock and inventories.
• Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers.
• Checking incoming materials and ensuring orders are correct.
• Coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Supporting the sales and specification process.
• Helping manage aftercare and resolving any operational issues.
• Occasional attendance at off-site meetings.
