Responsabilités

• Leading and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong operational performance.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the shopfloor, external yard, checkouts and Goods-In areas.
• Managing the full stock lifecycle, from accurate receipt through to replenishment, merchandising and sale.
• Maintaining stock availability and integrity, reducing losses and managing damaged, discontinued and out-of-date stock.
• Ensuring high shopfloor standards, including replenishment, pricing accuracy, planogram compliance and promotional changes.
• Driving sales and profitability through strong operational standards, stock control and team performance.
• Coaching and supporting colleagues to build capability and take ownership of standards.
• Supporting the wider branch management team and acting as the most senior leader on duty.
• Ensuring the branch remains safe, compliant, well-stocked and welcoming for customers.
