Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch in the United Kingdom. This hands-on role combines customer deliveries, warehouse tasks and branch support to help us provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

You will deliver products safely and on time, build positive relationships with customers, and assist at the trade counter. Full training will be provided to support your development within LKQ Europe and our network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support role.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety practices and safe working.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time for customers.
• Provide friendly customer service at the trade counter.
• Support warehouse operations including stock movements and stock checks.
• Use delivery technology and ePOD devices to log deliveries.
• Keep vehicles clean and compliant with company standards.
• Attend daily team briefings and contribute to branch goals.
• Assist with Click & Collect and other branch duties.
