Euro Car Parts Ltd. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Branch Assistant to join our busy branch. This role combines customer deliveries, warehouse operations and branch support to keep the branch running smoothly and deliver on our customer promise.

You will deliver products safely, pick/pack orders, support at the trade counter and ensure strong stock accuracy while maintaining high service standards and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in delivery driving, warehouse, logistics or branch support.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Health & Safety.
• Basic IT skills and confidence using handheld devices or warehouse systems.
• Flexible, reliable and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time.
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the business professionally.
• Support Click & Collect customers and assist at the trade counter.
• Help resolve customer queries and contribute to a positive experience.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Assist with goods receiving, stock movements and dispatch activities.
• Maintain stock accuracy through daily checks and inventory procedures.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and keep vehicles compliant.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures in the branch and warehouse.
• Attend daily team briefings and collaborate to improve branch performance.
