Job summary

Harte Recruitment is working with an established property business to appoint a Sales Valuer / Branch Manager for its Colne Valley operation. You’ll be the visible face of the branch, carrying out valuations, winning instructions and building relationships across the local market.

You’ll lead a small team, develop local market share, and create opportunities while maintaining excellent client service. The role combines office and field work with regular hours and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Residential estate agency experience, valuations and listings.
• Confident carrying out market appraisals and converting them into instructions.
• Commercially minded and driven to grow market share.
• Proactive in prospecting and generating business.
• Ability to lead and support a small team with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out residential property valuations across the Colne Valley.
• Win new instructions and convert valuation opportunities.
• Grow the branch's local presence and market share.
• Proactively create new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with sellers, buyers and the local community.
• Lead and support the existing branch team.
• Monitor pipeline, instructions, sales and overall performance.
• Drive branch profitability and growth with fresh ideas.
