LBS Builders Merchants Limited in Port Talbot is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to run the branch with a focus on service, efficiency, and profitability. You will lead by example, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure strong cash flow while delivering outstanding customer care.

You will develop your team, meet sales targets, maintain Health & Safety standards, and build lasting relationships with customers and suppliers.

Competenze

• Proven management experience in a builder's merchant, retail or trade environment.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving.

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and processes.
