LBS Builders Merchants Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager for our Port Talbot branch. You will take full responsibility for the efficient, profitable, and customer-focused running of the branch, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and leading by example.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team to meet targets, manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and drive sales growth while ensuring compliance and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Proven management experience, ideally in a builders’ merchant, retail, or trade environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• A customer-first mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to deliver results under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, compliance, and company policy throughout the branch.
• Support staff through recruitment, induction, training, and regular performance reviews.

Branch Manager

Location: Port Talbot

Hours of work:An average of 41.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm. No weekends!
