You will guide underwriting decisions, marketing initiatives, and staff development to strengthen regional market presence and reputation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to market to senior individuals in the insurance industry.
• Experience leading a high performing team and managing broker relationships.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting: understand coverage, risk hazards and Arch's underwriting philosophy.
• Marketing: lead branch marketing, build senior client relationships, negotiate terms.
• Management: attract/retain top staff, promote teamwork and a productive office.
• Managing the Business: ensure efficient processes and prudent expenses.
• Internal/External Relationships: maintain frequent contact with staff and support units.
