Job summary

Vibe Recruit is partnering with a South of England automotive retailer to recruit a Branch Manager for a fast-fit tyre and MOT service centre. You will lead the team, manage budgets and drive service standards.

The role requires proven leadership in automotive fast-fit, strong tyre/MOT knowledge, and a track record of developing staff while delivering customer satisfaction. Monday to Saturday shifts with a rotation pattern accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as Branch Manager/Assistant Manager in auto fast-fit or tyre retail.
• Strong tyre, MOT standards, servicing and repairs knowledge.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication and customer resolution skills.
• Valid UK driving license required.

The business pride themselves on delivering trusted, high-quality fast-fit services, tyre sales, MOTs, and vehicle maintenance across the South of England.

Built on technical excellence and customer trust, an experienced Branch Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager is needed, to lead the team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring branch budget is achieved
• Line management of reporting staff
• Dealing with customer enquires in person, over the phone and online
• Ensuring branch targets are communicated and achieved
• Monitoring and managing stock levels
• Hands-on workshop role if and when required
• Interview, induct and engage all new staff

Working hours are Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 - 17:00. One rota day off during the week for three out of four weeks and one Saturday off one week in four. No Sunday working

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Assistant Manager within the automotive, fast-fit, or tyre retail sector.
• Strong technical background with solid knowledge of tyres, MOT testing standards, servicing, and repairs.
• Clear leadership capabilities with a track record of team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication and customer resolution skills.
• Valid UK Driving License (Required).
