Zachary Daniels is recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager role at a busy automotive centre in High Wycombe. You will support the Branch Manager, drive performance and lead a hands-on team across tyre fitting and mechanical work while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in tyre fitting, mechanical or fast-fit environments.

• Comfortable balancing practical work with administration.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
• Positive attitude with the ability to hit the ground running.

The Role

As Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work closely with the Branch Manager to drive the performance of the centre, support the team and deliver excellent customer service. The centre is going through an exciting period of change, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring energy and positivity and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll be hands‑on when needed while also taking responsibility for the administration and day‑to‑day running of the centre.
