£45,000 – £60,000 Base + Performance-Based Bonuses

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to take the reins of an established education recruitment office in Newcastle. You’ll lead from the front—mentoring consultants, growing the team, and driving results, while enjoying flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential.

Position: Branch Manager – Education
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in Newcastle office
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 base + team bonus + commission + leadership incentives
