We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist agency that works with VC-backed startups, PE-funded scale-ups, and global leaders across Biotech, MedTech, and Pharma. You’ll be joining a supportive team with clear growth plans, big ambitions, and the tools to help you succeed.

The Role:

• Position: Recruitment Consultant (360 role)
• Location: Hybrid – 2-3 days/week in Newcastle office
