• Performance monitoring: Track sales, profitability and service KPIs and ensure SOPs, health and safety compliance
• Collaboration: Work with other branches, support functions and stakeholders for smooth operations
• Data utilisation: Use data to create reports for planning, budgeting, and performance management
• Team leadership: Lead and develop branch colleagues to meet targets and foster a positive culture
• Supplier engagement: Collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint customer activities and partnerships
