The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and financial acumen to monitor KPIs and drive profitability within a fast-paced electrical wholesale environment.

• Strategic planning: develop and implement a strategic and tactical business plan to drive profitable performance and growth.
• Customer management: execute plans for selected accounts with quality customer contact and effective implementation.
• Service excellence: ensure service targets across all segments, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Performance monitoring: track sales, profitability and KPIs; ensure compliance with SOPs and health & safety.
• Collaboration: work with other branches, support functions and stakeholders for smooth operation.
• Data utilisation: create reports for planning, budgeting and performance management; provide insights.
• Team leadership: lead and develop branch colleagues, foster a positive team environment.
• Supplier engagement: collaborate with key suppliers to drive joint activities and strengthen partnerships.
