Carrie Rikon & Associates is seeking a Branch Manager in Andover to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and maximize store performance. You will ensure customer satisfaction, manage personnel, and uphold company standards through training and accountability.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and a proven ability to drive sales while maintaining compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum 4 years management experience in food service or grocery distribution.
• Background in P&L, Inventory control, merchandising, hiring/training staff, front end, payroll, security/loss prevention.
• Strong leadership skills for a high-volume warehouse operation.
• Excellent communication, organizational and people management skills.
• Customer orientation and commitment to company values.
• Experience in big box, food service, or food retail required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general branch operations and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with customers and resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory policies.
• Review financial and operational reports and take corrective actions.
• Direct supervision of management staff and performance appraisals.
• Coach managers on employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain communication with Corporate Offices to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor inventory and ensure products are in-house and correctly labeled.
