Duties:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve and surpass branch targets
- Ensure high standards of customer service, maintaining a professional company image
- Manage daily operations to maximise profitability and efficiency
- Oversee workflow, stock control, and financial transactions, ensuring security and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment according to company standards
- Foster positive relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and customer loyalty
- Coordinate staff activities and oversee training to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements to drive branch success
Requirements as a Garage Manager:
- Proven experience as a Garage Manager, Autocentre Manager, or in a similar leadership role within a fast-fit or automotive environment
- Strong team leadership and excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality service
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes, workshop management, and health & safety standards
- Ability to drive sales, improve operational efficiency, and lead by example
