Job summary

Mole Valley Farmers Limited is seeking a confident, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our Evercreech retail team. You will own store performance, drive sales, coach a high-performing team, and nurture relationships with customers and the local community.

This permanent, full-time role offers 42.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri) with a focus on delivering exceptional service, maintaining standards, and ensuring safe, compliant operations within a rural retail environment.

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our retail team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 42.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As Branch Manager, you’ll be a visible and inspirational leader, responsible for driving commercial success and creating a welcoming, solution-focused environment for customers and colleagues. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage store operations, work closely with the Field Sales Team, and build strong relationships across the business and local community.
