Job summary

Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a Residential Sales Manager / Lister to join Barnard Marcus in Ealing. The role offers 35-40K OTE with uncapped commission and clear progression within Connells Group.

You will win new instructions, list properties, and build client relationships, while guiding clients toward mortgage advisory appointments and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Estate agency experience (Lister/Valuer/Estates) required.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• IT literate (MS Office, internet and email).
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

In this role, you will be responsible for winning new instructions and listing properties for market while consistently delivering exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

Skills And Experience We’re Looking For

• Have previous estate agency experience (e.g. Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator)
• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
