We’re now looking for an inspiring Branch Manager to lead our branch in Glastonbury, someone who can bring energy, commercial insight and leadership to the heart of our business. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind your branch, leading your team, shaping performance and building strong relationships with customers. You’ll create a safe, positive environment where your team can thrive and where customers receive outstanding service every time.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll balance leadership, operational management and commercial focus to deliver results through the following:

• Leading your team
• Driving sales and growth
• Running the operation
• Managing performance
• Championing safety and service

We’re looking for a confident and commercially-minded leader who enjoys taking ownership and making a difference. Ideally, you’ll bring:
