Job summary

Freeman Forman, part of the Connells Group, is recruiting a Branch Manager for Eastbourne. You will lead a high-performing residential sales team, drive listings and valuations, and build strong local relationships while promoting professionalism and clear career progression.

This hands-on leadership role involves coaching, performance management and delivering excellent customer experiences, with a structured career path and development opportunities within the UK’s leading property services

Your Role:

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Eastbourne residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands‑on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
