Job summary

Freeman Forman, part of the Connells Group, is recruiting for a Branch Manager in Eastbourne to lead our residential sales team. You will drive performance, coach and develop staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while strengthening local relationships and listings.

You’ll operate hands-on with clear career pathways, a strong focus on targets, and opportunities to progress within the UK's leading property services group. A UK driving licence is essential.

Your Role:

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Eastbourne residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands‑on leadership role with clear career pathways and long‑term opportunities.

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
• A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
