Connells Group UK seeks a Branch Manager to lead the Blandford Forum residential sales team, driving performance, coaching colleagues and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will value and list properties, build strong local relationships and embed a culture of professionalism, progression and success.

This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways, uncapped commission and long-term opportunities within the UK’s leading property services group.

Formación

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency.
• A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development.
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Your Role:

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Blandford Forum residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will take an active role in valuing and listing properties, building strong local relationships and embedding a culture of professionalism, progression and success. This is a hands-on leadership role with clear career pathways and long-term opportunities.
