Job summary

The West Brom Building Society is recruiting at the Stone Cross Branch for a customer service–focused colleague. This permanent role offers 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings as shown, and a salary of £24,923 per annum.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle product and service queries, and support branches while building trusted relationships in the local community. Ongoing development and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering great customer service.
• A customer centric person who puts customers first.
• Calm, clear and confident communicator who makes others feel heard.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use a computer and systems after training.

Responsibilities

• Providing a service so good that customers tell others about us.
• Be there when customers need us in a way that suits them.
• Handling queries about products and services with confidence.
• Support branches and stay up to date on products and services.
• Keep branch operations safe, especially opening and closing.
• Embed deep roots in local communities.
