Johnson’s Dry Cleaners, part of Timpson Group, is seeking a Branch Colleague in Woolton with 16 hours across 7 days. The role includes 5 days of training, with an opportunity for overtime during holidays, and a structured bonus potential.

You will assist the manager, ensure policy adherence, and deliver excellent customer service. Training starts immediately to equip you with the tools for a rewarding retail career.

Qualifications

Branch Colleague

Location: Woolton (and possibility of surrounding area)

Job Type: Permanent Part Time

Pay: Starting at £9,761.28 per annum, increasing to £9,792.00 per annum following a successful trial period. You also have the opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus

Hours: 16 hours of 7 days, which would be planned in advance with the Branch Manager. Training requires 5 out of 7 days. Option of overtime during holiday periods.

Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to assist the manager in the day-to-day running of the branch. Within this purpose, the job holder will ensure the correct policies and procedures are complied with in line with company policy and practice, and ensure an excellent service is provided to all customers at all times.

Lack of experience is not an issue for us, as every single colleague is given in-depth training from their very first day. You’ll be walked through exactly how things are done, as we offer a fun, valuable learning experience that quickly teaches you the new skills you’ll need to succeed.
