Job summary

Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team in Brackley is seeking a Brake Dyno Test Engineer to lead the setup, execution and analysis of brake dyno tests. You will work closely with design, performance and trackside engineers to deliver high-quality data and timely test programs.

The role requires hands-on testing, data tooling development and routine reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement of braking systems and test processes in a fast-paced F1 environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or physics degree required.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with ATLAS 10 and data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Brake Dyno test setup and execution.
• Analyze test data and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Design/Performance/Trackside to align test programs.
