The AICS Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a young female client with brain injury in her home environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals, mobility, medication administration, and daily living activities.

Flexible hours including weekdays and weekends, full-time or part-time roles, and training opportunities are available. DBS disclosure is required prior to start.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 1 year experience in health and social care.
• Driver with a vehicle to assist client mobility.
• Basic understanding of developmental delay and cognitive impairment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT skills.
• Ability to work in the client’s home.
• Ability to liaise with healthcare professionals daily.
• A client-centred, person-focused approach.
• Experience in medication administration, personal care and manual handling.
