Team Brain Injury in the Barton Stacey area is seeking Support Workers to provide personalised care for a gentleman in his 30s who uses a wheelchair. You will assist with personal care and daily activities while promoting rehabilitation and safety in the community.

The role offers day shifts and wake nights, mileage paid, free enhanced DBS, 25 days holiday, a pension, and 24/7 office support. Driving is required due to mobility needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable, empathetic and patient with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Full valid driving licence required due to mobility needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support to the client.
• Assist with mobility and ensure safety in the community.
• Support rehabilitation and encourage participation in daily activities.
• Follow care plans and communicate with the office on-call system.
