Protocol Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across Bradford secondary schools. This role offers full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities with ASAP start dates and competitive pay.

You will supervise classes in the absence of teachers, deliver prepared lessons, manage behaviour, and support students to remain engaged with tasks. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, classroom management confidence, and a genuine interest in education.

Qualificações

• Experience in education or cover supervision is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Professional, proactive and flexible approach is required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Supervise students and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Encourage student participation and engagement.
• Support students to complete assigned tasks and activities.
• Record attendance and report concerns to teaching staff.
• Uphold safeguarding procedures at all times.
