Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a dynamic leader to head our busy F&B outlet, delivering exceptional guest experiences across service and hospitality.

You will recruit, train, and manage a large team, maintain financial performance, and collaborate with kitchen teams on menus while driving hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

With a base salary of £35,000 per year plus service charge, the role rewards performance in a world-class resort within the UK hospitality scene.

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £35,000.00 per annum, plus service charge.

About The Role

• Leading the overall outlet and day-to-day operations including managing the team, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising a large team and management whilst providing ongoing training and coaching to meet operational goals
• Building a culture of outstanding customer service setting high standards for service quality and striving to exceed guest expectations
• Take full accountability for all financial aspects of the outlet, including budgeting, cost control, and maximising profitability
• Implementing strategies and innovation to improve efficiency and revenue generation
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop menus that align with customer preferences and market trends whilst developing the beverage products and offer
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety, licensing and other legal requirements to maintain a safe environment for both guests and customer
• Overseeing stock control, including monitoring stock levels, minimising waste, and managing supplier relationships

About You

• Proven experience leading a large volume food and beverage and/or bar outlet
